- Promote and preserve the cultural heritage and history of Trinidad and Tobago
- Provide Social, cultural and community services to the expatriates of Trinidad and Tobago and other Caribbean people in the Windsor area
- Provide support and encouragement to our membership and especially to our Youth and Seniors.
